Delegate Longanacre moved to amend the committee strike and insert amendment on page 7, section 61-6-24, line 75, following the word “to” by striking the words “the entity known as ANTIFA” and inserting in lieu thereof the following text “any group engaged in terrorism as defined in §61-6-24(b)(3) of the Code of West Virginia”.
